Refund policy

At ZIR, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to assist you.

Refund and Exchange Guidelines

  • Timeframe: Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: The item(s) must be brand-new in unworn condition, with the original invoice attached.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Contact Us
    Send us a direct message on Instagram to inform us of your desired refund or exchange.
  • Fill Out the Form
    We’ll send you a simple form to complete, including a link to pay the delivery fee: 2 KWD for orders within Kuwait and 7 KWD for orders outside Kuwait, which covers delivery for one box.
  • Schedule a Pickup
    Once payment is confirmed, we’ll arrange for our delivery partner to pick up the item(s) at your convenience.
  • Receive Your Refund or Exchange
  • Refund: The refund amount will be credited to you, minus the 2 KWD delivery fee for orders within Kuwait and 7 KWD for orders outside Kuwait.
  • Exchange: Our delivery partner will pick up the item you wish to return and deliver your new item during the same visit, after a quick quality check.

Note: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the delivery fees for the return or replacement.

    360 Mall, Booth No. 131
    Dates: 25th to 28th February
    Time: 10 AM to 10 PM
