What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes to suit children aged 3 months to 13 years. Detailed size charts are available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.
How can I place an order?

What is your refund and exchange policy?

What are the washing and care instructions?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your dishdasha, we recommend following the care label instructions provided with each piece. Generally, machine wash cold, wash by hand, wash with like colors, Do Not use Oxidising/Chlorine based, do not soak overnight, Do Not bleach and clean - Except white color, and lay flat the clothes while hanging them to dry.
What are the delivery fees?
We charge a flat shipping fee of 2 KWD for orders within Kuwait and 7 KWD for international orders, which covers delivery for one box.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Delivery within Kuwait typically takes 2 days. For international orders, delivery times range from 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination.
Are there fees for defective or wrong items?

Do you offer sizes in odd numbers?
No, all our sizes are in even numbers, as they are measured in inches.
Do you offer tailoring services for custom fittings?
We do not offer tailoring services for custom fittings.
Do you offer alterations for purchased items?
We do not offer alterations for items once they have been purchased. However, if you encounter any issues with your item upon receiving it, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
