About us
In 2023, from the heart of Kuwait, Zir was born.
A Kuwaiti brand offering products inspired by our rich folklore—enhanced with a modern touch that preserves authenticity while fitting today’s lifestyle. Our name comes from the “zir” — the small button detail that holds fabric together — and with that same philosophy, we bring heritage, comfort, quality, and precise tailoring together to create pieces that reflect the past with the spirit of the present.
We design cuts that match the playful nature of children while ensuring their comfort. We choose practical fabrics that suit our climate and our occasions, with a subtle “fantaq” flair that catches the eye without exaggeration. Our vision is for every piece to reflect Arab taste with a contemporary soul—made to be worn today and cherished tomorrow.
Zir — a story buttoned with care.
Zir began in Kuwait in 2023, bringing heritage to children with a modern twist. We blend authenticity with high quality, practical cuts, and fabrics suited to our weather and occasions—finished with a subtle fantaq touch that stands out gracefully.
Zir — a story buttoned with care.
At Zir, we don’t follow trends—we stitch our story in our own way. From day one, our goal has been clear: to offer our heritage to our children with a modern fantaq touch that preserves the original while fitting today.
We love creating something new and unique: in design, in packaging, even in the accessories. And every year, we learn from you and improve. We replaced buttons with zippers—easier for kids, and more convenient for moms. We chose softer fabrics for little ones’ skin, and details that support play, outings, and special occasions. Cuts built for durability… quality stitching and clean finishing, so our pieces can be worn today and passed on tomorrow.
We grew with you. Major exhibitions in Kuwait welcomed us, and from December to March, we had our own store where you visited us. And now, in our fourth year, we've decided to challenge ourselves just like the first day:
“Zir challenges itself on price.”
We reduced our prices—almost like returning to the beginning.
Zir is not just a dishdasha—it’s a project that connects the past with the present.
Zir is an identity… and identity evolves, it doesn’t change.
